Louola's Quinoa, Date & Nut Bites
A deliciously nutritious and perfectly clean raw food treat. Gluten, Dairy and Sugar free.
- 1 Tsp per bite Muscle Food low cal chocolate syrup
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 Large Handul Coconut Sprinkles
- 40g Louola's Superfood Quinola, (Banana, Cacao & Goji Berries)
- 2 Large Handfuls Mixed Nuts
- 2 Large Handfuls Chopped and Pitted Dates
- 4 Tbsp Agave Nectar or Date Syrup
- Mix together the Dates, Nuts, Louola's Quinola, Raw Cacao Powder & Agave Nectar
- Put the mixture into a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms
- Spoon the dough into each 'cupcake' compartment on a baking tray
- Freeze for 2 hours
- When you are ready to eat, remove the tray from the freezer and using a knife carefully 'pop' the bites out of the cupcake compartments.
- Spoon a tsp of muscle food chocolate syrup onto the top & sprinkle with coconut sprinkles
- Enjoy this guilt free treat with some natural yoghurt and berries!
