Cooking Stages

  • Procedure for the Paleo Chicken Fried Rice:
    • Heat up the bone marrow in a pan, and when it starts to sizzle toss in the cauliflower rice together with the boiled chicken breast you previously shredded.

    • Finely chop the rosemary and toss it in the pan together with a pinch of salt.

    • Mix well slowly add the bone broth as the rice starts to cook. Let it cook with a cover for about 10 minutes.

  • Procedure for the Marrow Sautéed Veggies:
    • In the mean time prepare the sautéed veggies by heating up the bone marrow in a large pan and add in the chopped onions, spinach and squash.

    • Add a bit of water and let it cook with a cover for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    • Right before the veggies are cooked, add in the coconut milk and salt, and mix well.

    • Serve your delicious lunch together with a nourishing cup of bone broth.
