Detox radish and cucumber salad
It’s hot in London, and my body needs something light and refreshing. This zesty salad is ready in no time, very light and refreshing. Radishes are rich in vitamin C and also provide a host of phytonutrients that seem to bring a range of health benefits, most notably to help our body main detoxifying organ, the liver.
- 1/2 cucumber
- 7-8 radishes
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 pinch wholegrain mustard
- sea salt
- Finely slice the radishes and cucumber, put them in little bowl.
- Add the seasoning
- Make sure you add just a tiny bit of olive oil, as you don’t want to overpower the ingredients of this salad. Mix and then place in a serving plate.
