Spinach Pasta + Pumpkin Sauce
Autumnal pasta with tasty pumpkin pea sauce. Perfect for the cold season on a cosy day.
- 90 gr spinach noodles
- 1/2 cup pumpkin, chopped
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 1 handful parsley
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 feta, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olives
- Bring water to boil and add the noodles to.
- Roast onion, garlic with pumpkin pieces.
- Add splash of water and simmer 10min.
- Add tomatoes, olives and green peas.
- Mix pasta with sauce and serve with basil and feta.
