Oat + Poppy Seed Porridge
Super easy breakfast. Healthy, delicious and fast to make. Just right if you don`t have enough time in the morning. You can fill it up in a jar and take it to your workplace.
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 ripe banana, chopped in small pieces
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp maca powder, for extra energy
- passion fruit
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl togehter and let it soak overnight.
- Stir again in the morning and garnish your porridge with apple slices, bananas, orange, passion fruit, dried blueberries and mulberries.
- Enjoy it and have a good day.
