Chocolate Bean Brownies
Crunchy, delicious and healthy Chocolate Brownies.
- 3/4 cup beans, white rinsed+drained
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 flaxeggs
- 1 handfull walnuts
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor, process for 2 minutes until smooth
- Add the walnuts and spread into a greaseproof paper
- Bake at 175C for 20 minutes.
- Leave for 5-10 minutes, remove from greaseproof paper
- Enjoy it!
