Cashew Bircher Muesli
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp baoba powder, optional
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 apple, pieces
- 1 banana,slices
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2-3 fruit of your choice
- Add all ingredients in a big bowl and mix it.
- Pour the cashew milk to until everything is covered.
- Leave it overnight or at least 3 hours.
- Topped with berries, pears, grapes or fruits tdo you like.
- This is an easy and healthy breakfast.
