Who doesn't love gingerbread right!? As Christmas is approaching, I love to recreate some of those unhealthy christmas indulgences, and make them good for me! When I make nice cream I tend to only use 1 banana as I limit my fruit servings to 2 per day as I feel that eating too much sugar (of any form) isn't too great for our digestion and insides.
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 2 tbsp whole greek or coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop Vanilla or plain raw protein powder
- 1 1/2 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp Baoab powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 medjool date
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup or stevia
- Pop everything into the blender and blend! Couldn't be easier.
