Almond, Mac & Cheese
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free brown rice pasta cooked in boiling water until soft
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Smoked paprika, cumin, & turmeric
- 2 cloves garlic
- Half of a medium sized lemon squeezed
- Add half of the sweet potato to the sauce and the other half to eat with your pasta!
- Blend in a Vitamix or any other high speed blender & then pour over the pasta and done!
