Spirulina and Kale Protein Milkshake
Spirulinas nutritional profile makes it literally one of the best things you can eat. It contains an array of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B & E, beta-carotene, manganese, zinc, copper, iron, selenium and essential fatty acids. It is also a wonderful source of protein. It may not be the most pleasant supplement out there but works wonderfully with smoothies and yoghurt.
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 handful fresh
- 300 ml almond milk
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- 1 handful kale
- 1 frozen banana
- Blend everything together and pour into your favourite glass. Easy peasy.
