Portobello Bacon Butty

For the meat eaters out there, you can't deny the taste of bacon! The smell, and that mouth-watering sensation as you take your first bite. Try this bread-free version to help satisfy your weekend treat.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 rashers Unsmoked Bacon
- 1 half Avocado
- 2 Large Portobello Mushrooms
- 1-2 thin slices Tomato
- 1-2 Large Lettuce Leaves
- 1 tbsp Raw Coconut Oil
Instructions:
- Add oil to the pan, and cook the bacon until crispy
- Once cooked remove from the pan, and add the mushrooms
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side
- Remove mushrooms from the pan, and top with, lettuce, tomato, avocado & bacon
- Enjoy!
