    • Prepare the pepper by cutting out ribs and seeds and chop it into bite-size cubes

    • Pre-heat the frying pen with coconut oil, add chopped pepper and tenderstem broccoli and lightly fry

    • Separate broccoli from eggs and add eggs to peppers stirring the mix to make scrambled eggs

    • While the eggs are cooking slide avocado and place the pieces on a brown toast

    • Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with chilli flakes when serving

    • Enjoy!
