Need a good start to Saturday? Make my pumpkin smash with raw kale and mushies for breakfast!
Have raw kale as a base then top with cauliflower toast and load on pumpkin purée (I roast 1/2 a pumpkin in the oven for an hour and scoop out the centre). Then pile on your sautéed mushrooms on top along with 2 boiled eggs and ur done ! BUT if you have some notomato sauce made then definitely pile some of that on too (I did and it seriously added the BIGGEST bang!) Hope you all enjoy the weather and go for a long walk in it! 👊🏼👊🏼
