Breakfast zoodle bowl
Another lot of zoodles for breakfast!! No better way to start the day than a big bowl of vegetables ... its the perfect way to ensure you always get your recommended dose of greens each day! (Plus their yum as!)
- Roasted cauliflower
- Steamed Broccoli
- Torn prosciutto
- Raw spinach
- Zucchini, spiralized into noodles
- 2 soft boiled or poached eggs
- Spagetti Bolognese spice
- Combine all the vegetables and the prosciutto in the bowl and top with the two soft boiled/poached eggs and a big sprinkle of Gewurzhaus' Spag bol herb combo!
- Crack those egg yolks and enjoy a delicious start to the day!
- (if you want to soften your zoodles, micro them for about 30seconds or until they are soft enough to your liking)
