Breakfast Paleo granola
My paleo granola (which consists of A LOT of coconut flakes haha) makes the perfect on-the-go breakfast for when I'm heading to work early. Plus, sometimes when it's already a scorcher of a day outside, you just want a cold breakfast as opposed to eggs. Any-hoo I've topped my granola and greek yoghurt with the amazing Christmas cake & pudding spice from @gewurzhaus which I LOVE😍 if you haven't already visited this spice haven then you NEED to go. It just proves that you don't need sugar to create some amazing flavours!! Did a massive shop with them before all the Christmas cooking and I was stunned by the incredible range they have! And 90% of their spice combos don't have sugar!! Woooo! PLUS all made in Melbourne!
- Coconut flakes
- almonds, chopped
- walnuts, chopped
- Brazil nuts, chopped
- sunflower seeds
- christmas cake and pudding spice
- Just put as much or as little as you'd like of eat ingredient and cook in the oven at 180c until it is at the desired crunch level for you!
- Serve with full fat greek yoghurt (remember the first 4.7g of sugar per 100g is lactose - anything more is ADDED SUGAR!!!)
