Kiwi Avocado chia pudding
The chia pudding is a wonderful creation and I'm a big fan. In the past I've always stuck to berry filled versions, but after a trip to the market where an abundance of kiwi fruits were purchased, my mind wandered to chia pud possibilities. These furry little fruits are so full of goodness, they have five times the vitamin C of an orange along with Vitamin A, K and E, making them a powerhouse of nutrition. Paired with avocado, which is also fibre filled, potassium packed along with heart healthy fatty acids and then on top of that the magical chia seeds filled with more fibre, protein and omega-3 fatty acids.....I knew this creamy pud was going to be a glorious green healthylicious delight.
