Chocolate Avocado Mousse

This dark delight is a seriously indulgent little dessert. Rich and smooth, just like a chocolate mousse should be. The perfect little treat to whip up on date night. It takes just 5 minutes to prepare and lets be honest, who doesn’t like chocolate? But with avocado instead of cream and coconut oil instead of butter it wont ruin health goals. Have you cake and eat it too.
Add the avocado, dates, peanut butter, yacon syrup, almond milk and cacao to your food processor and blitz until smooth.
Boil the kettle and melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl.
Once melted add it to your food processor and blitz again.
Spoon into a cocktail glass, then pop your chocolate mousse in the fridge to chill.
When you are ready to serve sprinkle over your garnishes and enjoy.
