BANANA AND BLUEBERRY MILKSHAKE
I pretty much put banana in all my smoothies but this combo is super tasty and super simple, so you can throw it together when you are in a rush!
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 1 serving banana protein powder
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp maca powder
- A few grates of lemon zest
- Instructions: blend all ingredients until smooth, then pour into a tall glass.
