Sunshine Smoothie Bowl (Mango & Nectarine)

I’ve called it a Sunshine Smoothie on account of the colour and the bits of pineapple kind of looking like rays of sun. Although I’m wondering if I should have called it ‘Mango Madness’ or something cheesy because the sweet taste of the mango really comes through.
Honestly, it’s mango heaven and the nectarine adds a unique twist. When paired with some crunchy granola it’s just perfect. Also I’ve sneaked a carrot into the recipe for extra nutrients!
- Main Ingredients:
Blend all of the ingredients together. You might want to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if it doesn’t seem to be mixing, or add more liquid.
Transfer to a bowl and add your toppings!
