This is the perfect post-workout meal. Tastes delicious, is packed with protein and contains cherries to help with muscle recovery.
Soak the oats and brazil nut for 4 hours (or more) in just enough water to cover them. This will make them easier to digest and blend more smoothly. .
Once soaked add the oats and nut to your blender. Next add the protein powder followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add your toppings.
