Banana & Spice Smoothie
Full fat (make it a meal) or naturally low fat (make it a snack)...5 minutes to yummy, frothy & healthy!
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 C Unsweetened Coconut milk (for more calories & healthy fat use part coconut cream)
- 1/2 Tsp Tumeric
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. Maca powder (optional)
- Put everything into the blender!
