Pan-Fried Asparagus with Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Wash and peel the tough ends of asparagus. Cut then in half and cut the lower part in half longwise.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add asparagus. Fry for 4-5 min turning frequently.
- Add pepper (or/and any other preferred spices) and soy sauce. Turn the heat off and serve.
