Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 large handful spinach or kale
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Place all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
