Cranberry, Banana and Orange Smoothie

- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth enough to drink. Makes 2 glasses.
