Simple Spelt Veggie Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 yeast cube
- 350 g lukewarm water
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 300 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 30 g flaxseeds
- 2 grated carrots
- 6 tbsp. corn
- 2 tbsp. apple vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- Dissolve warm water, yeast and apple vinegar
- Mix the other ingredients in a large bowl
- Add the water and yeast and stir to combine
- Place the dough in a greased pan
- Don’t let the dough rise
- Bake immediately at 170 degrees at hot air ( 350 degrees F) for 50 to 60 Minutes. Bake without preheat.
- Allow loaf to cool some seconds in the pan
- Overthrow loaf and let it cool
