Cherry and Banana Smoothie
This smoothie is great for your brain and it is bursting with antioxidants, healthy fats and protein, this makes a healthy snack or quick breakfast option.
- 50g Vegan Protein Powder, Vanilla
- 2 tbsp. Fibre Boost
- 1 tbsp. Lecithin Granules
- 280g Frozen Cherries
- 2 tbsp. Montmorency Cherry Juice
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 250 ml. natural yoghurt
- 250 ml. Almond Milk
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Add a little more almond milk or water to thin as needed.
