This recipe is super easy, not to mention simple and quick to make! All you have to do is mix it together and throw it into the microwave!
In a cup of your choice, microwave friendly, mix together baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt until blended.
Now, add the butter in, it's my best recommendation to use a spoon for this! It will save you a ton of time :)
Pour the milk into the mug, and stir. After mixing it should look like batter, which is good! If you think it's too dry, add a bit more milk.
Now it's time for the berries and chocolate chips. Mix the berries and chips into the batter and make sure to push them down to ensure they bake into the muffin. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Enjoy!
