Cooking Stages

    • First, bring the recommended water amount (stands on the package) to boil add the rice. During the cooking time, prepare the rest. Therefor wash the kale & cut it into desired size. Put it into a bowl & add the lentils, chopped up tomatoes.

    • Next, prepare the dressing. Just mix together all the ingredients and set aside. If the rice is ready, add it to the kale salad and mix well. Add the herbs and the dressing and mix again. Enjoy!
