So this is my very first ramen recipe. I swear, I’ve never eaten it before. So I thought it would be time to try and here I am with a Ramen recipe! It’s not the most perfect yet, though I thought I’d share it with you!
- brown rice noodles
- vegetables of your choice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp caraway
- 1 tsp dried basil
- some chives and parsley
- himalayan salt
- First, cook the brown rice noodles as written on its package. Meanwhile chop the veggies. Pour around 200 to 300 ml of water into a cooking pot and add the vegetables.
- Cook until dente and add herbs and spices. Drain and rinse the vegetables but (!)DON’T THROW AWAY THE VEGGIE BROTH. Pour the veggie broth into a glass, etc.
- Put the noodles into a bowl and add the veggies. Pour in the vegetable broth and spice to your taste.
