Vegan Orange Gingerbread Bircher Muesli
I once tried Bircher Muesli in a hotel as a toddler, and well, I loved it! I loved it taste, the crunch of some nuts and that it was kinda cool.
It’s as easy as it could be, simply mix and mash all the ingredients together. Stir once, then put it into the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with fruits (I would highly recommend nuts, too!) and enjoy!
