I looooove lunch! Every day I come home from school starving and that are the moments when I’m really happy to be able to cook for myself cause my mom’s always coming home later. Easy to prepare, ideal for meal prepping!
- Black Quinoa
- Red cabbage
- Arugula & Lime
- Layer all ingredients as in the picture.
- This is just an idea of what to use to layer it, so feel free to add anything you want (e.g.: sauces, other legumes, brown/ black rice).
