Vegan Fudgy Coconut Chocolate Cake
When we were food shopping on the weekend I saw two things; coconut milk & raw cacao powder. So what did you think I was instantely planning on doing? Baaaaaaking’s the answer 😋 So I bought both of these products (had every other ingredient at home) and got creating! My parents loved it and I served it with coconut cream for that extra touch.
- 300 g flour of choice
- 150 g coconut sugar
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla powder
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 100 g molten raw vegan chocolate
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 125 ml oat milk
- 100 g coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- You know I’m all ’bout those easy things 😉 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius, upper-lower heat. All you have to do is melt the coconut oil and the raw vegan dark chocolate in a little mug. Whisk together the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones – including the molten stuff. Stir and put into a greased cake pan of your choice.
- Put into the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
