Vegan Banana Chocoate Overnight Oats
Missed my overnight oats? If you did: I am happy to tell ya, they’re baaaaack! This time I’ve created a recipe for Banana Chocolate Overnight Oats. All raw, all vegan & delicious. So why do I keep writing this text, you ask? I don’t know! Hopping over to the recipe now
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- pinch bourbon vanilla
- half a small banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1-2 piece raw dark chocolate plus more for topping
- Start off by stirring together all the ingredients together. Put it into the fridge overnight (minimum 7 hours).
- In the morning, top it with some more raw dark chocolate, banana slices and some more oat milk. Enjoy!
