THE BEST Protein Bliss Balls
These are true little powerhouses!! Full of delicious and nourishing ingredients and yet perfect for a little afternoon treat! I’m literally obsessed with them at the moment. I could seriously eat a batch at once that’s how good they are and considering I didn’t even have the intention to create a new recipe while I actually chucked all of the ingredients together the first time I made them, I have to admit…the whole thing turned out to be a big success My Lucuma & Acai Powder are from Dragon Superfoods
- 4 big medjoul dates
- 1/2 handful almonds
- 1 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
- pinch both pink himalayan salt & acai powder
- pinch bourbon vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- Just pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined. It should be a firm mass now.
- Roll it into 10-12 medium sized balls. Enjoy!
- Optional but recommended: Put them into the fridge about 6-8 hours before consmuing them as they will become firmer and even more delicious!!
