The best Breakfast Parfait ever
Imagine a really chewy and sweet cinnamon dough, the taste of coconut based bakeries, the creaminess of chia pudding and the simplicity of fruits. That’s what this parfait tastes like, it’s too good to be true. Plus is super healthy and nearly raw so what are you waiting for?
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 100 ml oat milk
- coconut milk yoghurt
- It’s super easy to be honest; just mix all the ingredients for the chia pudding together. Place in the fridge for about 5-6 hours although overnight may be better.
- The next morning (or later on) pop all the ingredients for the rawnola but the oat milk into a blender and blend for about 4 to 5 seconds! For some crunch, add buckwheat groats after blending. Now add some oatmilk until the mass forms nice chewy crumbs. Place in the fridge for at least an hour. (Would be great to prep it together with the chia pudding in the evening).
- The next morning, just layer all the prepped stuff together with the coconut milk yoghurt and some fruits or just put everything together into a bowl and enjoy!
