Savory Buckwheat Pancakes
I love pancakes. I eat them savory and sweet, it doesn’t really matter. ;-) But before I am gonna write a long story, let’s start.
- 75 g buckwheat flour
- spices of your choice
- 100 ml warm water
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, spices and water. Maybe you’ll need some more or less water, just watch it and add until the dough is kind of liquid.
- Heat a pan and add the coconut oil. Spread it all over the pan and pour in 2 pancake shapes.
- Repeat it until the dough is used up, then put it onto a plate and add some toppings of your choice. I added salad and veggies with a vinegar dressing.
