Raw Nougat Nut Choco Bars
I wanted to create a bar that is similar to a Nougat Nut Chocolate Bar. This one’s not an Ice Cream but it will probably melt when being left in a room for too long. So you can basically treat it like an Ice Cream bar (just eat it immediately.
- 100 g mixed nuts, blended
- 80 g date nectar
- 50-60 g almond butter
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- pinch himalayan salt & cinnamon
- 85 g raw dark chocolate
- Mix the blended nuts with all the ingredients but the chocolate. Pour this mass into a little baking dish and put it into the freezer overnight.
- The next day, melt the chocolate, take out the baking dish with the bars and pour the chocolate on top. Let it sit for another ~3 hours (in the freezer). Then, take it out, slice it into bars and enjoy! Put un-eaten bars back into the freezer.
