    • Start off by soaking the buckwheat groats overnight. They need to be fully covered in water. The next morning, rinse them and place them in a blender together with the medjoul date, the molasses, the mylk & the spices.

    • Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl (or glass) and set aside. In a little saucepan heat the blueberries (add some water if needed). When they start to get kind of red and when they burst, take off the heat and pour over the Buckwheat cream. Add coconut, nuts & choco and enjoy!
