It’s me again! And I’ve also got a new recipe for you, what else, huh? 😜 I made this Raw, Creamy and Fruity Almond Coconut Cream for my mum but it was like way to much of this dense cream for her so she needed 1 day to eat the whole glass – 1/2 one day, 1/2 the next day, haha 😋 So you might as well share it or eat a bit of it everyday, who knows? But whatever you do, enjoy it!

Cooking Stages

    • First of all, soak the almonds in hot water for about half an hour. Afterwards, take out the stone of the cherries and put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

    • Pour it into one or two glasses and top with whatever you heart desires (in this picture I used: raw choco coconut bar, coconut shreds and fruits). Enjoy!
