Pure Bliss Bowl
Everyone knows I love Bliss Bowls! Some good tender rice, fresh greens such as kale and spinach, some crunchy almonds and soooo much more goodness in there! So if you aren’t convinced yet (seriously, who are you?!😉) try it out and make it yourself!
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 3-4 baby carrots, halved
- some fresh sprouts
- some almonds
- a sprinkle of fresh lemon juice and dried chili flakes
- a few leaves of fresh thyme
- spices of choice
- 1 cup mixed greens
- If you’re using pre-cooked rice, just put everything together onto a plate/into a bowl, give it a good stir and enjoy!
- If you still need to cook the rice, do it as written on its package, then put everything onto a plate/into a bowl and enjoy!
