Perfect Roasted Potatoes + Tahini Orange Dressing
I can’t express my love to potatoes in words. They are SO good and these are even better. Oil-free & Vegan!
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 4 medium sized russet potatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
- It’s easy, cut the potatoes into desired shape. Here: Wedges. Put them into a bowl, add the spices & half of the tahini orange dressing. Mix well. Tip: Use your hands.
- Put them onto a lined baking tray and pop it into the oven. Bake until golden brown. Then take ’em out, serve warm. Sprinkle with the rest of the dressing and enjoy it with some kale!
