Duration:PT25M
Servings:2
Ingredients:
- 70 g buckwheat flakes
- 35 g coconut nectar
- some maca powder
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder
- a dash cinnamon
- a dash vanilla
- 60 g blueberries
- 3 squares dark chocolate
- some goji berries
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 80-100 ml coconut water
Instructions:
- Just mix together everything but the chocolate. Chop the choco, take as much as you want to, for me, 3 squares was just perfect! Mix it to the dough which should rather be like pancake dough. You should be able to see that there are buckwheat flakes and not flour in there though.
- Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Take out a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Form around 7 to 8 cookies and let it bake for around 10 to 15 minutes. There can be some blueberries that bursted but make sure the most of them didn’t.
- Take the baking tray out, let the cookies cool down and enjoy!
