Cooking Stages

    • It’s really easy, just cook the quinoa as written on its package, meanwhile chop up the curcumber and capsicum & wash the arugula. Rinse the chickpeas and put everything together on a plate (in a bowl, etc). Don’t forget to bring some water for the broccoli to boil! Add the cooked quinoa, the broccoli, the chili flakes and the balsamic vinegar, give it a little stir and enjoy!
