Looking for a hearty and warm dish that you can have for dinner these days? It’s so so cold over here that I thought I’d prepare myself this bowl of goodness, and it didn’t disappoint!

Cooking Stages

    • This one is easy peasy, just bring the recommended amount of water to boil and add the wild rice. Cook until the water is fully absorbed and the rice is ready.

    • Cut the mushrooms, heat a pan, if non stick you won’t need the oil. Add in the mushrooms & herbs and stir. When the mushrooms are ready, set aside and toast the sunflower seeds, meanwhile cook the pea pods until tender.

    • Put everything in a bowl, add spices + salt if you want and enjoy!
