Creamy Cinnamon Porridge
Insanely delicious, creamy and indulgent. And guess what? It even is vegan and healthy!
- 1/2 a teaspoon Bourbon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- toppings of your choice
- 2 cups plantbased mylk or water
- 1 cup oats
- First, soak the oats overnight in water. They have to be fully covered.
- The next day, pour the oats, the spices snd the liquid into a cooking pot
- Let it cook for about 20 minutes or until it gets your desired consistency.
- Pour it into a bowl, add toppings of your choice and dig in!
