- 1/2 - 1 cup rolled oats
- 1-2 cups liquid
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp liquid sweetener (e.g date syrup, coconut nectar, etc.)
- First, soak the oats overnight. They need to be fully covered in water.
- The next morning, pour the liquid into a saucepan, add the oats and spices and cook until the liquid is fully absorbed. Add the coconut yoghurt and the sweetener and stir. Pour into a bowl and top with everything your heart desires! 🙈
