Making a smoothie bowl is a lovely thing to do in the mornings. I usually decide what i'll have the night before so it's not a sleepy decision at the crack of dawn.

Cooking Stages

    • Add the carrot, spinach, banana, avocado, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 heaped tsp of maca powder, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds and the 6 almonds to your blender.

    • Get whizzing. Pulsing it gives you a smoother consistency.

    • Once smooth, add to a gorgeous bowl. It's time to get creative!

    • Using the dessicated coconut, the remaining chia seeds, the raspberries and mango, have a go at creating your own design to make it look almost too good to eat
