Spinach, blood orange, chia and argi smoothie
Heavily laden with protein, omega 3, iron, vitamin k, vitamin c, potassium, l-arganine and fibre for slow energy release and to reduce bloating (particularly for us ladies around that time of the month) and also it makes your skin look amazing ☺️
- 4 Stawberries
- 1 small handful spinach
- 1 sachet Argii
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 blood orange
- 200 ml (ish) Coconut water
- Add the whole lot into one bowl/beaker
- Add coconut water until it's covered and blend it up!
- * Note that pulsing the food processor will give it a smoother consistency than having it on constant)
- Decant into your favorite glass . . .
