Smokey paprika cauli salad 🌷

Cauliflower is amazing for hormone balance. I have mentioned before that I have stopped taking my contraceptive pill to give my body a chance to balance and regulate as it feels it should, without hormonal interference and have read that having lots of cauliflower in the week before your time otm, stocks you up on the vitamins and minerals you loose lots of, and so reduces symptoms such as cramp, headaches and dizziness.
Serve on a bed of lettuce. I then added roasted sweet potato, poached eggs, and kale cooked in sesame and coconut oil, but you can use this as a side veg for any meal! It goes particularly well with poached salmon 👌
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and place the whole head on a baking tray.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top, and sprinkle the smoked paprika, white pepper.
Cover with tin foil and pop in the oven for 25 minutes on 180 C
Serve on a bed of lettuce as a side dish : )
