Ingredients

Cooking Stages

    • Wash the rocket and spread over a serving dish.

    • Cut the figs into quarters and sprinkle over the rocket

    • Tear the parma ham and layer over the figs and rocket.

    • Cut the Gorgonzola into small bite size chunks and add that to the plate.

    • Give the whole lot a good mix and serve!

    • ➳ Because balsamic vinegar is not to everyone's preference, I just leave a bottle of it on the table and people can help themselves instead of adding it directly to the main salad.
